About SkyLink
An engineering-selection and sourcing service for UAV data links — helping drone OEMs and system integrators choose and buy the right link.
Who we are
SkyLink is a selection-and-sourcing service for UAV data links. Instead of a sprawling parts catalog, we publish a curated set of models with structured specifications, honest test conditions, and a direct path from research to inquiry. The audience is drone OEMs and system integrators who need a link that integrates into their platform — not a consumer gadget.
Our catalog is built by evaluating available suppliers on technical documentation quality, supply stability, and support responsiveness, then publishing only the models that pass that screen. At this phase the published catalog comes from a single vetted manufacturer, with a second supplier line under evaluation.
What Phase 1 offers
- A published catalog of 31 data-link models — airborne modules, IP mesh radios, video links, waterproof units, and ground stations — with structured, comparable specifications.
- A catalog with honest boundaries: range figures carry their line-of-sight (LOS) reference condition and throughput is labeled as peak, so every specification can be read against its test conditions.
- Solution and resource guides that explain selection, integration, and testing against the actual published data.
- A three-path RFQ pipeline: request a quote for a specific model, get a link recommendation for your requirements, or ask an engineer directly.
What we deliberately don't do
We don't invent history or numbers. Commercial details (MOQ, lead time, sample policy) are not on the pages yet because they are not verified — they are quoted per inquiry.
Frequency bands listed in the catalog describe what a radio can be configured for. Confirm the band and power configuration your platform and market need before ordering — we help you pin that down in the RFQ.
Start with a requirement, not a part number
Tell us your platform and mission — we will respond with a concrete recommendation from the published catalog.
